Conservation & Local Community
Africa Untamed Safaris is primarily based in the Lowveld region of South Africa. We are extremely conservation driven; therefore, we use hunting as a tool to manage populations and to support the local communities based around the hunting concessions.
Some of the ways we support the community is by creating jobs in our hunting business and the various lodges which we support in the area.
The most important aspect is that we use all the meat of each animal hunted in our conservation area, either by giving the meat to local communities or by selling it to suppliers. By selling the meat we then donate the funds to certain projects as needed in the community.
